Meet Ulana

Ulana’s approach is collaborative, child centered, and structured around her belief that every child can learn. Because of her experience working with diverse learnings in therapeutic settings, Ulana has worked alongside nationally recognized speech language pathologists, pediatric neuropsychologists, and developmental specialists. Ulana has co-taught and collaborated with related service providers throughout her career, making her approach uniquely valuable and deeply integrative.  She has the ability to incorporate her vast knowledge base of therapeutic domains into her practice and weave elements of these domains into her approach. Ulana is a relationship based practitioner, developing what she sees as life long connections with her students and families.

Ulana provides tutoring and Educational Therapy services to a range of children, using both an evidence based and intuitive approach to her practice, merging motor, sensory, social-emotional, executive functioning, and academic needs into her work. She is trained in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Fundations, Social Thinking, SRSD, the Hochman Method, and Handwriting Without Tears. Ulana works with students with varying needs, from language based learning disabilities, severe and multiple disabilities, rare genetic disorders, and social emotional and behavioral challenges.

Meet Sarah

Sarah Gorley has more than 20 years of experience working in K–12 education in both the United States and the United Kingdom. She focuses on curriculum implementation, instructional coaching, and professional development, especially in literacy, math, and inclusive education.

Sarah is an Educational Therapist who specializes in reading and math. She works one-on-one with students, using research-based methods to help them improve their literacy and academic skills. As a Reading Specialist trained in the Wilson Reading System, she has strong knowledge of structured literacy and proven ways to help struggling readers. She also has experience supporting executive functioning and implementing IEPs.

Sarah has worked as a Math Specialist, Reading Specialist, Instructional Coach, and Head of Learning Support. In these positions, she has worked closely with administrators, teachers, and families to use data-driven strategies that help students succeed. She is skilled at engaging stakeholders, leading workshops, and building strong relationships within school communities.

She cares deeply about helping struggling and emerging readers and mathematicians. Sarah aims to make learning fun and engaging, and she works to help each child see their own strengths and potential.

Sarah has a Master’s-level qualification in Special and Inclusive Education and Administration, and she holds teaching credentials in both the UK and the US. She is committed to empowering educators, promoting fair learning opportunities, and helping schools provide high-quality, research-based teaching.
